1. How can I play the files in the website?

You can press the play button below the title of the message.

If it is a video file, click anywhere in the preview image or the button highlighted in the image below.

2. Is it possible for me to download the audio and video files?

You can download it for sure. We have placed various links for downloading files. For the new messages, we even provide links with different sizes so that users with slow connection can also take advantage of that.

3. I have downloaded the video/audio, but cannot play it.

We compress the files with winzip for various reasons. Please check whether you’ve unzipped the file before trying to play it.

If your computer has winzip/winrar installed in it, do the following steps

Step 1: Right click the downloaded file
Step 2: Select Extract Here or Extract to “Folder name”

If your computer does not have any compressing software like winrar installed in it, do the following steps
Step 1: Right click the downloaded file
Step 2: Select Extract All
Step 3: Click Extract button

If the video does not play even after doing these steps you may not have the codec to play the video installed in the computer. Installing the player will solve the problem.

4. My download stops during the middle / I cannot download the file

All links in the page are tested before publishing. Please try from a different browser/try re-installing the browser. If your connection is slow, you may also try downloading the files with smaller size or the sessions individually.

5. Is there any way to get an alert when a new message is posted in the site?

Sure. You can subscribe to our website to get future alerts.

Step1: Enter your email-id and click the “Subscribe” button

Step2: Enter the text in the highlighted area in the text box below. (Please note that the text may be different in your case). Click the “Complete subscription Request” button.

Step3: Please check your inbox for a verification message from “FeedBurner Email Subscriptions”, the service that delivers email subscriptions for the website. You will need to click a link listed in this message to activate your subscription. If you don’t see a confirmation e-mail in a reasonable amount of time please check your bulk/spam folder.

6. Can I know how many messages are there in the site.

It’s very simple, you may use the complete list of messages widget for it.

7. Is there any way to know the latest messages.

The latest messages will be displayed in various sliders in the homepage. There is also a widget to display the recent posts in the site.

8. I find the font-size too small. Can I increase it?

Sure. For this you may click the plus button at the bottom of the page.

9. I was away from the internet for a month. Can I know what all things were published during that period?

Yes, to know this, open any message; there will be a widget named “Archives” on the right side. If you click for eg. May 2014, you can see all the messages published in May.

10. How can I contact Saju John Mathew?

You may use the contact page in the menu to get the details. He prefer email as it can be accessed from anywhere. (Please note that jesusmission@gmail.com is his personal email, though it sounds a bit impersonal)
